REPENTANCE IS STILL THE ORDER OF THE DAY!

from November 27, 2012

Upon awakening, I heard...

"If My people who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then shall I hear from heaven; forgive theirs sins and heal their land." 2Chronicles 7:14

The Spirit of the LORD said,

"This is the time of repentance, great repentance, My daughter. Many will humble themselves in the presence of the LORD, lest they be destroyed in the days ahead. There is no time to tarry, all must come and lay before Me and seek my face in this hour. Don't be left to reap the reward of wickedness while mercy and forgiveness is yet available. Come now and choose Me so that your days will be kept in My safety, My provision. There isn't much time, come for midnight is upon you, says the LORD!

  1. Humble is an attitude of submission, of respect and an awareness of greatness. We are told to humble ourselves in the sight of the Lord and He will lift us up. Humility is our final act of acknowledging that we are not our own. We are bought with a price. An eternal price swapping eternity lost for eternity gained. Our greatest gift however is not eternal life, this is a by-product. Our greatest gift is being able to be in the presence of the Almighty God and being loved, accepted and fully present and covered for all our misdemeanours. We do not have to feel shame nor hide from His Face. We are finally accepted in the beloved. Being humble is opposite to what the world tells us. Humility puts us in the right relationship with the Father. Our sinful self cannot exist in the Presence of the Almighty. Either He can be present or we can be present. Once humble, the Jesus can put on His Robe of Righteousness and bring us back to our authentic self. Through humility we have access to God. This is one of our greatest moments of truth and love when we finally give God the Glory to transform us into His Likeness. Praise God.
